As a private person, you can always contact our professional customers to purchase our articles. Willaert is a specialised wholesaler that sells exclusively to the professional trade. Our customer base consists solely of professionals active in the green sector. 

You can place an order via the webshop or by e-mail. If you order online, you will enjoy a 2% extra discount on your purchases. Moreover, you can consult your current orders quickly and easily on the website. Nothing but advantages! Please note that if you want to place orders via the webshop, it is necessary to request a password and user name.

If you have not yet received your login details, you can request them here. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your login request. You can only request a login for professionals active in the green sector.

After you have logged in, you can consult your current prices in the webshop and add the desired plants to your shopping cart. Afterwards, you can choose the desired delivery / collection date.

We strive to deliver orders within 5 working days. Fixed delivery days and fixed postage rates per region are applied here. Indication of the expected time of delivery is always approximate.

We apply the transport costs as shown below.

When your order is ready, you will be informed by SMS. We strongly advise you not to collect your order until after receiving the text message.

As we work with live plants, we ask you to collect your order within 3 days

Yes, for those who order in our store in Oudsbergen, orders can also be collected after opening hours! In that case our system will provide you with an access code to enter the warehouse in Oudsbergen outside of opening hours to pick up the order.

This system is only applicable in our branch in Oudsbergen, those who order in Roeselare cannot use it at the moment.

When visiting the Cash & Carry, it is possible to mark plants for reservation after receiving personalised labels. The plants are set aside for you to collect within two weeks. Of course, it is also possible to have the reserved plants delivered, taking into account fixed delivery days and the postage rates per region.

Yes, but bear in mind that, depending on the species or quantity, new plants may have to be grown. In this case, the seller can draw up a cultivation contract whereby the payment may have to be made (partly) in advance. Consult your contact person to discuss your specific situation. 

Requesting a login is only possible for professionals active in the green sector. If you are a professional in the green sector and have not yet received your login details, you can request them here. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your login request. 

Have you forgotten your password? Don't panic, go to the login page and click on forgotten password.
Enter your e-mail address and send the e-mail and we will send you a temporary password.

Black boxes are always invoiced and credited on return. If you are not sure which empty boxes you still have with us, you can always check your deposit balance in your customer area on our website.

We have one of the largest cash-and-carry stores in Western Europe where you are sure to find the plants you need for your project. If our cash-and-carry is temporarily out of certain plants, you can always find a good replacement, or order the desired plant depending on the time of year. Every day we drive our trucks up and down to deliver fresh plants. What we have in stock are larger solitary plants and everyday items (perennials, ground covers, boxwood bulbs, ...).

Willaert aims to be a one-stop-shop for everything to do with plants. That is why we also have an extensive range of ancillary products: potting soil, tree stakes, ground cover, bark, peat, pottery, ... and so much more! Consult our webshop for the full range.

The invoice is payable within the stipulated period by bank transfer. 

The opening hours of our cash- and carry change every month, therefore we advise you to always consult the opening hours on the website. You can reach us by phone during office hours from 8 am to 5 pm.

During the following months the Cash & Carry is open on Saturday mornings from 8:00 to 11:45:

February - March - April - May - October - November - December.
